When I bought it, it was a big size and it was cheaper so why then can’t they exchange same size bottle for a body mist of the same size bottle because since they don’t carry the bigsize of the shimmers that I purchased or credit $$ to my account and I can buy something else or replace my nozzle and I would be fine keeping my bottle. They said that policy wise is exchange Same bottle for Same bottle but the bottle size is not the same as mine, my bottle was a huge size so that’s definitely stealing from the customer. Now surprisingly they have completely reduced the shimmer size bottles they are 145ml in size and are even more expensive $18.95. I just reached my last bottle and the spray nozzle is defective can’t spray anything nor can you change the whole inner spraying nozzle with probably a used up one so I decided to take it to the store and have an exchange or someone in store replace my nozzle because it’s a brand new bottle. I had bought a couple of body shimmer sprays when they were a big size when they were same size and ml as the big size body mists usually 236ml and I had bought for $16.50. Poor customer service in the store and do NOT order online or you will be charged the original order amount if an item is cancelled. I discussed the missing item at check out with the store when picking up my items and they confirmed that an item was cancelled, but I was still charged the original amount. Still no refund nor a confirmation of the refund. I was advised that I have been refunded and to check with my bank. I waited a couple of days and checked my bank account. I didn't receive the email confirmation of my refund. It was researched and I was advised that I would receive an email in 24 hours of my refund of $21.40. I contacted Bath & Body Works online through the chat. I was still charged the original amount of the order on my card and not the amount less the cancelled item. One of my items was cancelled by the store because they didn't have the item at the time my order was processed, but it was available in the store at the time I placed the order. I placed an online order for multiple items for pickup at the store. Online order, cancelled item and no refund for cancelled item
